Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Cosmic Drishti currently sells online astrology consultations, consultation extensions, and downloadable digital reports. We do not currently accept orders for physical products. No parcel is shipped and no shipping, handling, or cash-on-delivery charge applies.

A consultation request is shown in your dashboard after submission. It becomes confirmed only when the astrologer accepts it. A confirmed consultation is delivered remotely through the video-call access provided in your Cosmic Drishti account for the selected date and time.

Join access is time-limited for security. You are responsible for a supported browser, working camera and microphone where needed, and a reliable internet connection.

A paid report is generated electronically from the details you submit. When generation succeeds, the report is made available through your Cosmic Drishti account as a private digital download. Delivery time can vary with report complexity and provider availability. No printed copy is mailed.

Free horoscope, Panchang, and calculator results are displayed online. Some tools may be marked “coming soon” and are not available for purchase until they are launched.

If confirmed call access is missing or a paid report cannot be opened, contact support@cosmicdrishti.com with your booking or report ID and registered phone number. Do not share payment credentials or an OTP.

Eligibility for a reschedule, regeneration, wallet reversal, or refund is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Links to a future shop or products marked “coming soon” do not constitute an offer for sale. Before Cosmic Drishti begins accepting payment for a physical product, this Policy will be updated with shipping locations, charges, dispatch time, tracking, delivery estimates, returns, and damaged-item handling.
