Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Pradeep Sharma, an individual merchant operating as Cosmic Drishti for your access to and use of the Cosmic Drishti website, customer portal, consultations, reports, calculators, wallet, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, adding money, placing a booking request, buying a report, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use paid Services. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials and one-time passwords confidential.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may request verification or restrict an account where information appears false, use appears unlawful, or security is at risk.

Cosmic Drishti currently provides:

• a marketplace for requesting live video consultations with astrologers whose profiles are published on the platform;
• digital astrology and numerology reports generated from the birth details you submit;
• free horoscope, Panchang, and calculator content; and
• a prepaid platform wallet used to pay for eligible consultations, extensions, and reports.

Current descriptions and prices are available on the Pricing page. A booking request is not confirmed until the astrologer accepts it. The confirmation shown in your dashboard is the authoritative status.

Astrology, numerology, horoscope, Panchang, gemstone, and related content is interpretive and belief-based. It is offered for personal insight, spiritual guidance, and informational purposes. Outcomes, predictions, accuracy, or suitability are not guaranteed.

The Services are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, relationship, or other regulated professional advice. Do not delay professional help or make an emergency decision solely because of content or guidance received through Cosmic Drishti. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees before you confirm a purchase. We do not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Where taxes or other mandatory charges apply, they will be shown before payment.

Wallet top-ups are processed through Razorpay. Cosmic Drishti does not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or online banking credentials. A successful top-up adds an equal amount of non-transferable credit to your Cosmic Drishti wallet. Wallet credit cannot be sold, transferred between users, or redeemed for cash except where required by law or expressly approved under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You authorise us to debit your wallet when you submit a paid action that clearly displays its price. Keep the resulting booking, order, report, wallet, and payment references for support requests.

Consultation times are displayed in the schedule timezone and may become unavailable before a request is completed. You must join on time with a compatible device and reliable internet connection. A late arrival does not extend the booked end time.

Be respectful and do not share contact details, unlawful content, threats, harassment, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Astrologers may decline a request that is outside their expertise or availability. We may end access where conduct threatens another user, astrologer, or the platform.

Reports are delivered digitally through your account after successful generation. There is no physical delivery for Services currently sold on the website. See our Shipping Policy for details.

You must not:

• use the Services for fraud, abuse, or any unlawful purpose;
• impersonate another person or submit another person’s birth or contact information without authority;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or bypass access controls, payment flows, or usage limits;
• reproduce or commercially exploit reports, page content, branding, or software without permission; or
• upload malicious code or interfere with another person’s use of the Services.

The website, software, brand assets, catalogue copy, report formats, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Cosmic Drishti and are protected by applicable law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a purchased report for your own non-commercial use. You retain rights in information you submit and give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services rely on third parties for payments, video calls, identity sign-in, messaging, hosting, storage, and astrology calculations. Their own terms may apply to the parts they operate. We are not responsible for an external site or service outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with a support issue involving a Cosmic Drishti purchase.

We work to keep the Services secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic Drishti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on astrological guidance. Our aggregate liability arising from a specific paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact us with the relevant account, booking, report, or payment reference so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other statutory right, courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Services.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services or law. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or your registered contact details.
